We are delighted to be hosting our 5th Cumbrian Veterans Afternoon Tea, which this year will take place at the Castle Green Hotel, Kendal, from 1pm to 4pm on the 21st October 2026.
The event is open to all veterans living in Cumbria, together with their partners and carers, and provides a wonderful opportunity for like-minded people to come together for an afternoon of entertainment, friendship and camaraderie. Since the event was first held in Penrith, it has grown in popularity year on year, with the last two events having reached full capacity, with more than 100 veterans, spouses and carers attending. We anticipate similar demand this year and would encourage anyone wishing to attend to book early. Attendance is free of charge, however advance booking is essential, with booking due to be opened up in August 2026.
